Same circuit as SV811-3 .only diffarent grid bias.PT 15 is direct heating
tube so G2 shuld be connect with Plate pass 100 ohm resistor.for triode
connection.

only 2 things plate voltage and grid bias adjusted needed.
you can use same circuit for PT15.PT15 is penthode so screen grid is connected plate with 100 ohm resistor. got 6.5W rms power.
